My wife used to breed foundation quarter horses and we luckily found two beautiful pits and thought they would make beautiful pups. and boy did they!!! Dad is a gray brindle...Mom an orange tri color...together they made some gorgeous blue gray brindles...buff with blue eyes and combinations to exquisite to describe! My wife doesnt work and kept the pups in our living room, tending to their every need, even sleeping there with them. We are now seeing their personalities develop and is it a thrill!... (read more) One was born with one ear up and one down so we named it "SHREK", only to discover that she is a female...she is now known as "FIONA". We have named each one after a friend or someone we admire and developed a quick relationship with them. To the point where some are "cedar chip" trained. We will never do this again because the thought of making unloved dogs is too much to bear although we have loved being garandparents alot. Just want good homes for our "kids" and perhaps to exchange pictures in the future to see how each one matured into an adult dog.
