Joy Barbieri is from New York and breeds Havanese. She has been breeding and exhibiting Havanese and Pugs for more than 25 years. She is a professional dog handler who has an MBA from Isenberg School of Management at UMASS Amherst and a BA in English from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.
