We believe that the puppy buying process should be ethical, educational, and stress-free. This is why our puppy buying process starts with the vetting and selecting of our breeders. Our partner relations team works hard on vetting and selecting breeders by processing them into different filters; from the initial research to the phone call, to finally the in-person visit. Our team not only sees the puppies we bring to the shop, but we tour all of the facilities and see the remaining puppies as well as the conditions that the sire and dams are kept.
Once we have selected the puppies we want to offer at our store, our dedicated transport team (as well as the owner) takes off to pick them up. Before the puppies arrive at the pet shop, we make sure they get a thorough vet check to rule out any abnormalities and confirm their health status. Once the puppies are cleared, they arrive at Doggie House Pet Shop.
During their stay, our store team makes sure their space is always clean, they get their designated food at their scheduled times, and always have access to clean, freshwater.
We have a team that is in charge of the front of the store, as well as a team that is exclusively in charge of the back-end operations.
When you come to visit us, you can expect a clean, transparent, and 1 to 1 treatment. Doggie House Pet Shop believes that fur parents should interact with the prospective puppy to ensure it is the right fit. This is why we have exclusive play areas in which you can interact with the puppy before bringing the puppy home.
