We only breed Papillions and are not a puppy mill. We have 1 stud and 2 bitches. We only have one litter per year from each one. They are raised in our loving home as our pets. We are very concerned about the homes our puppies will go to and ask many questions of prospective new homes. Our babies do leave us before 10 weeks.
