Schmidt Family Wheatons

I have had Wheaton Terriers for 6 years. My son was scared to death of dogs but absolutely loved watching them from a distance. At 3 years old he picked out the Wheaton puppies from the pet store every time because they were quiet and calm. He also has allergy induced asthma and we found that this breed does not shed and is one of most hypoallergenic breeds for their size. Six years later, we have two Wheaton's as family pets and love them endlessly.... (read more) Our puppies are raised in our home and handled daily from birth. Each are cared for as if they are our own. We use a portion of the funds raised from the sale of our puppies to fund our international missions programs in Pradesh India which focus primarily on the advancement of underpriviledged women through education and career training.
