Every one of my pups come with a folder with details on shots, hair trims, ear and eye care, tail dock, wormer, baths with what was used, birth weight, weekly weight, and more. There is physical proof of vaccine with the package stapled to folder and the shit labels placed on the paperwork as well. I only give the more expensive 7way shots not the cheaper and less effective 5- ways. I always give out receipts and I will always be available to take in the dog no mater health or age if your housing situation changes. I can also provide references.
