Tyler is a sweet, cuddly little clown. He is a light apricot standard poodle. He loves to rough house with his stuffed animals, but is loving and kind with humans and other animals. He was born on Super Bowl Sunday. Fitting, as we expect him to be a super star in his new home. His parents, Pumpkin and Hershey, are exceptional pets and beautiful representatives of their breed. They are good sized. Parents, Pumpkin and Hershey are 25" at the shoulder and both weigh well over 45 pounds.... (read more) Full brother, Java Joe, whom we just rehomed, is 25.5" at the shoulder and weighs 60 pounds, at only 7 months. He was the smallest of the litter, but he is still large. We expect him to mature at 25” at the shoulder and between 50 and 60 pounds. His parents and sibblings have wonderful temperaments and the soft curly "Cotton Candy" type poodle coat that is easier to maintain and which groomers love. Their tails are docked and dew claws are removed. They have had regular deworming and vaccinations on a recommended schedule. They will come with AKC and CKC registration papers, a health record, a health guarantee, a veterinary health certificate and a goody bag.
We begin rehoming at 8 weeks. It is our hope that each new family come in person to pick out and personally escort their new puppy home. But, in many cases, we know that is not possible. We meet new owners half-way within limits (we’ll drive about 250 miles), and even can provide delivery within certain mileage limits. There is a 50 cent per mile mileage charge, which we split when there are other puppies on the ride. If we ship your pup, airline shipping and its requirements are extra and will be estimated to you and paid for at the time of purchase. Airline ticket, crate and mileage generally run in the neighborhood of $550. Price is for limited registration, but we will consider full registration for an extra fee and to the right home, particularly a show home. This litter will be ready to go home on Sunday, April 10th.
